The annual BeAM MakerFest was held at Rams Head Recreation Center on April 28, providing a chance for students to showcase creations from class or personal projects, share ideas or research prototypes and learn more about entrepreneurial efforts.

For some students, juggling is their escape. Members of the Juggling Club at Carolina took advantage of a sunny day to practice in front of Wilson Library.

For 37 years, the Carolina Blood Drive has helped over 120,000 lives. Donors from across campus stopped at the Dean E. Smith Center on April 30 to add to that count and support the University’s public service mission.

Carolina students showcased their research at the 26th annual Celebration of Undergraduate Research on April 23. The event features poster sessions to showcase and encourage undergraduate research in all disciplines.
Carolina seniors participated in the annual tradition of climbing the Bell Tower on April 9. The event, sponsored by Carolina Alumni, had additional activities, including a mechanical bull.
Tar Heels from a variety of cultures and backgrounds brought color to UNC Holi Moli on April 12. Also known as the festival of colors, Holi is a Hindu tradition that celebrates love, community and the arrival of spring.
