With a wide-ranging presentation titled “Am I My Brother’s Keeper?” Kim Strom-Gottfried, the University’s director of ethics education and policy management, led the first Carolina Conversation of the new year on the first day of classes.
The effort is meant to strengthen community relations and empower students.
Detachment 590 received the honor based on the group's production, education, recruiting and retention, university and public relations, and cadet activities.
The new Tar Heel Bikes program gives students, faculty and staff a way to travel efficiently and reduce on-campus carbon emissions and parking demands.
